If you don’t already have a ticket to the first of The Dillinger Escape Plan’s three farewell shows in Manhattan next month, go to this link and buy one as fast as you can before it sells out. ‘Cause not only is it the first of three farewell shows, but it will also include a performance of the band’s 2002 EP, Irony is a Dead Scene… complete with Mike motherfucking Patton on vocals.

For the five of you who somehow don’t know: the EP was made after original DEP frontman Dimitri Minakakis left the band, but before his successor, Greg Puciato, joined… but it wasn’t released until after Puciato was in the band. So while the band has been playing material off the EP for years, chances to see them do so with Patton on vocals have been extremely rare. You’re not gonna wanna miss this.

That link for tickets, again, is here. HURRY.
