In Flames are Teasing Something, Possibly a Covers EP

What do In Flames, Alice in Chains, Chris Isaak and Depeche Mode have in common?

In Flames has posted snippets of new versions of songs by all of the other three on the band’s Instagram account over the past several days, indicating a covers EP or album is likely on the way.

The release appears to be titled Down, Wicked & No Good — references to the aforementioned bands’ “Down in a Hole,” “Wicked Game” and “It’s No Good” — with a reveal date set for tomorrow, November 17th.

In Flames most recent studio album Battles came out just over a year ago, on November 11th, 2016, so a covers EP as a stopgap release certainly seems possible.
