Slash Sold His L.A. Home to Rapper Big Sean for $8.7 Million
Look, I’m gonna level with you: December is a slow news month. If information with any substance is what you desire, you might like to know that Morbid Angel just released a decent new tune, High on Fire are planning a series of special 20th anniversary shows and Protest the Hero are getting ready to celebrate ten years since the release of Fortress.
And now onto your slow news day fluff: Slash is rich! Really fucking rich!
In case the absolutely bananas Guns N’ Roses reunion tour show grosses weren’t enough to convince you of that, TMZ tells us that rapper Big Sean just closed on Slash’s Los Angeles mansion for $8.7 million, which the site describes as a “discount.” The seven bedroom, eight bathroom 11,000 square feet Beverly Hills estate had been on the market since Slash’s divorce with Perla Ferrar in 2014 and was originally listed for $11 million.
TMZ’s got 36 photos of the property. Aside from being FUCKING HUGE and with exquisite ornamentation, there isn’t anything super outrageous about it… but it does have a home theater with reclining chairs, an in-house stripper pole, a pool a sand volleyball court and a great view. Check it out here with a few highlights below.
You can continue to make Slash even richer by seeing GNR on tour; dates here!
