Reaction Video: Between the Buried and Me’s “Condemned to the Gallows”

Welcome to our new weekly video series, Metal Reacts Only, in which host Jon Weigell listens to a brand new metal track for the first time and shares his thoughts and reactions!

Our very first episode featured Judas Priest’s new one “Lightning Strike,” and this week Jon is back with a fresh take on Between the Buried and Me’s latest “Condemned to the Gallows.” This track came out at midnight last night / this morning, and Jon stayed up to film and then edit this video… just for you! What you see on camera is Jon’s very first time listening to the track, as always, so his reactions are genuine and not pre-meditated.

“Condemned to the Gallows” is the first single off the first-half of BTBAM’s two-part Sumerian debut, Automata. Automata Part 1 comes out March 9. The band goes on tour March 2; get all dates here.
