The Ghost Inside: Drummer Andrew Tkaczyk Releases Instrumental Solo EP

As previously announced, The Ghost Inside drummer Andrew Tkaczyk, working under the moniker One Decade, has released an instrumental EP called Coma Visions. In case you’ve been living under a rock, this is a big, big deal: The Ghost Inside were in a massive bus crash in 2015, which not only left Tkaczyk in a coma for ten days, but resulted in the amputation of one of his legs alongside a myriad of other serious injuries (including fractures or tears in his ribs, spine, hip, and rotator cuff). So the fact that the dude is now making music again is pretty mind-blowing.

Of course, it doesn’t hurt that Coma Visions is good. It’s got a very djenty, kinda Cloudkicker-y vibe to it. I don’t remember even enjoying The Ghost Inside’s music this much, which I don’t mean as an insult — I’m just saying, even if you’re not normally a fan of Tkaczyk’s, it’s still worth giving this listen.

You can do so below. If you dig it, it’s available via all the usual digital platforms now.
