Listen: Kalmah Come Back with “Kin”

Sweet news to share this morning: Finland’s Kalmah have announced their first new album in five years! It’s called Paolo, and, we can safely assume, is a concept record about Paolo Gregoletto from Trivium. Here’s the album art:

Okay. The album is actually called Palo, and obviously has nothing to do with Paolo Gregoletto. Here’s the real album art:

As if that weren’t exciting enough, Kalmah have also debuted “Evil Kin,” the first single from Palo. If you know Kalmah, you pretty much know what you’re in for — European melodeath like the aughts haven’t happened. If you haven’t heard Kalmah before, think old In Flames with a dash of sea shanty.
