Warbeast’s Bruce Corbitt Doing Well After Experimental Cancer Treatment

0

Last we heard from Bruce Corbitt in February, the Warbeast frontman was set to enter a “clinical trial” for treatment of his esophageal cancer, which had previously been unresponsive to conventional medicine. Doctors had given him anywhere from two months to two years left to live.

Some good news today: the experimental treatment seems to be going well. Corbitt posted a video update on Facebook in recent days, revealing that his white blood cell and platelet counts have returned to normal, he’ll soon be receiving an injection that could help his condition further, and he’s even renewed his vows with his wife Jeanna, suggesting he’ll be around for longer than he or anyone had initially anticipated.

“There’s no stopping me now,” an upbeat Corbitt warns. Will he be able to return to the stage soon? We sure hope so.
