Video: Sevendust Vocalist Lajon Witherspoon Watches YouTube Covers of Himself

A couple of weeks back we invited Sevendust vocalist Lajon Witherspoon to sit down in front of a YouTube playlist of Sevendust vocal covers. Perhaps the best part of the whole experience — besides having the extreme privilege of watching Lajon sing along and harmonize from five feet away — was the fact that he was already aware of a few of these artists and even followed several on social media! That’s the kind of person Lajon is: a true man of the people, an absolute gentlemen and as affable a fellow as we’ve ever had on camera for a MetalSucks shoot. And a phenomenal vocalist whose parts the YouTube masses did quite an admirable job covering!

As an added bonus this time around we contacted two of the folks whose covers Lajon watched and asked them to film themselves watching Lajon watch them. Got all that? Super meta.
