VHS Wishes You A Gore-Iffic Friday The 13th With Their “Freudstein” Lyric Video

While I dig the simple superstitious roots of Friday the 13th, I have to admit that to me, the holiday’s true meaning will always be a hockey-masked killed stabbing a teenager in the face with whatever gardening implement he has on hand.

Thankfully, that’s VHS’s specialty! This Friday the 13th, the Canadian gore metal crew has released a lyric video for their track “Freudstein” off of this year’s The New Batch. The video is a mishmash of Lucio Fulci’s classic The Beyond that will have your yearning for the days when men were men, women were victims, budgets were low, and liquid latex was king.
