Suicidal Tendencies Announce New Album and TourI never got into Suicidal Tendencies, although not for any particular reason — I don’t dislike them or anything, I just never really spent time with their music, ya know? I think at least part of that has to do with my age and when I started getting into heavy music; moreso than a lot of their contemporaries, Suicidal always seemed to be very much of an era, ya know? But that’s just my opinion; plenty of my friends dig the crap out of ’em and you probably do too if you’re reading this.

Suicidal Tendencies just announced that their new album STill Cyco Punk After All These Years (that’s not a TYpo) will come out on September 7th through the band’s own Suicidal Records, and they’ll be celebrating by kicking off a roughly three week U.S. tour that same day. No word on whether ex-The Dillinger Escape Plan guitarist Ben Weinman, who filled in on guitar during the band’s last trek, will be joining this time.
