Exclusive Premiere: “Thick as Thieves ” by Crooked Little Sons

0

Anyone in the mood for a shot in the arm of thrashy punk that sounds like a hybrid of The Bronx, Motörhead, and The Hives? Well, good — because that’s what we have for you today!

“Thick as Thieves” is the new single from UK quartet Crooked Little Sons, and it doesn’t just blow the roof off — it rips the whole house out by the foundation and tosses it clear through the sky. It’s furious, filthy fun, a cathartic, drunken wrestling session in a mud pit, catchy and cocky and everything that’s great about rock n’ roll. We have little doubt that Lemmy would have loved it.

So can you blame us for agreeing to debut the darn thing?

Says vocalist/guitarist Josh Bessant of the song:

“This is a track that we have had tucked away for a little while. It’s A song written to release the frustration and negativity of people’s selfish or even unselfish decisions. People need to look out for number one in this life, but that can sometimes be a tough or unfair hit you have to take. But fuck em’.”

Check out “Thick as Thieves” via the music video below! The track appears on the band’s sophomore effort Crooked Little Cassette, which is out now. Get it here.
