The Corey Taylor and Kid Bookie Collab Now Has a Video
After first expressing a mutual admiration for one another on Twitter, Corey Taylor and rapper Kid Bookie put together a track called “Stuck in My Ways” in a matter of weeks, releasing it for the world to hear at the end of March. The song, which features a rapped verse from Taylor around the 2:30 mark, now has an official music video.
Corey’s visual appearance here is a bit obscured, likely shot off-site somewhere and then pasted into an old-school TV on the video set, so those hoping to see Corey rap up close — like in this Falling in Reverse video, in which he recently made a cameo — will be disappointed. Still, the primary effect watching this video has had on me is that I’m growing to dig this track after initially feeling ambivalent. It’s catchy!
