Celebrate Memorial Day with This Mash-Up of Slayer and Katrina and The Waves

0

Happy Memorial Day! Hopefully you’re reading this on your phone while en route to the beach or a cookout or some other similar celebration. Assuming this to be the case, allow Bill McClintock to provide the jubilant soundtrack to your day: the master masher-upper’s latest masterpiece of mash-up arrives in the form of “Chemical Warfare (Don’t It Feel Good?),” which shakes up Slayer’s “Chemical Warfare” with Katrina and The Waves’ “Walking on Sunshine.” When McClintock last utilized Slayer, for a mash-up of “South of Heaven” and Edwin Starr’s “War,” we thought we’d heard the most upbeat rendition of Slayer scientifically possible. We were dead wrong.

ENJOY!

For even more McClintock goodness, check out his mash-ups of Slipknot and The B-52s and Ratt and Marvin Gaye.
