Listen to Trivium’s Cover of “Kill the Poor” by Dead Kennedys

Trivium have premiered a previously-unreleased track from the Sin and the Sentence recording sessions every month since March… and June is no different! We’ve already gotten a re-recorded “Pillars of Serpents,” a cover of Type O Negative’s “I Don’t Wanna Be Me,” and a new song called “Drowning in the Sound”… now we have another cover, this one of “Kill the Poor” by Dead Kennedys. It’s extremely loyal to the original, but I’m okay with that, because a) I’m guessing there are a lot of young Trivium fans who have no idea who the Dead Kennedys are, and b) holy shit, is this song ever relevant right now or what?
