Exclusive Track Premiere: Enabler’s “Fail to Feel Safe”

Enabler - Fail to Feel SafeHopefully, you’re not sick of us constantly proclaiming our love for Enabler yet, but even if you are: hey, can you blame us? They are, inarguably, one of the most exciting metallic hardcore bands in today’s overcrowded scene. And the title track from their new album, Fail to Feel Safe, features all the elements that made us fall in love with the trio in the first place. Specifically: lean n’ mean riffage; drums that roll and crash like tsunami waves; guitars that sound like a massive cloud of furious wasps; and Jeff Lohrber’s vitriolic vocals, which seem as though they were recorded immediately after the dude gargled on a cocktail of sulfuric acid and broken glass. Enabler offer nothing less than all your greatest horrors in audio form.

More than that, though, few other bands today ever manage to convey such an authentic disgust with humanity — it’s like you can actually feel their smoldering hatred for everyone and everything coming through your speakers. And it’s that extra dose of sincere bitterness which ultimately allows Enabler’s music to burn you down to your very soul.

MetalSucks is proud to debut the title track from Fail to Feel Safe below! If, when you look out your window, you do not see families fleeing as though there were going to be an impending Godzilla attack, you’re not playing the song loud enough.

The album comes out August 7 on Century Media, and it’s easily one of the best releases of 2015 so far. Pre-order it here!!!
