METALLICA: HAMMETT OUT, MUSTAINE IN?!?!
In what can only be called a truly shocking development, Metallica unexpectedly announced over the weekend that longtime lead guitarist Kirk Hammett had quit the band “to more fully pursue other musical interests.”
His replacement? HIS PREDECESSOR DAVE MUSTAINE!!!
And if you believe that, I’ve got a bridge I’d like to sell ya.
