CINEMETAL: CORABI CRUE PLAYS “DR. FEELGOOD”

Not that I would trade fat, drunken, breathless, manslaughtering Vince Neil for anything in the world, but let’s be honest: John Corabi is a better singer. Don’t believe me? Put aside your preconceptions and give a spin to the single, Bob Rock-produced, self-titled Crue album Crabs actually sang on; it’s the heaviest, blusiest music that the band ever committed to tape (they still used tape in those days, didn’t they?).

Still, I’ve always wondered what Crabs’ soulful, full-bodied voice would sound like on a true Crue classic; would I miss Neil’s nasalness (I know that’s not a word, bite me)? Well, God bless YouTube for finally supplying me with an answer after all these years…

So? What do y’all think?
