COMMUNIC FACE TOMORROW

I enjoyed Communic’s 2006 release, Waves of Visual Decay, and then I don’t know how this happened, but I have somehow never even heard 2008’s Payment of Existence or last year’s The Bottom Deep. But now the band has released a new video for a Bottom-track called “Facing Tomorrow,” and it’s pretty good — I appreciate the chunkiness of the thing. I think my general problem with this band is that I wish Oddleif Stensland screamed and didn’t sing. What can I say, I’m an angry dude.

The Bottom Deep is out now on Nuclear Blast.
