OLD MAN GLOOM SAY “YES” TO ALBUM STREAM OF NO

For proof that physical copies of albums are nothing more than souvenirs these days, look no further than the recent trend of releasing albums on cassette tapes. Who the fuck even has a cassette player anymore? Yet people are buying them; when we saw Old Man Gloom rock New York on their recent tour they were flying off the proverbial shelves (given, the CD version was all sold out… but still).

Today is my first time hearing Old Man Gloom’s brand new album NO, just like you, which the band released as a tour-only piece earlier this month. The album is streaming at their Bandcamp page — where CDs, cassettes and downloads are available for purchase (vinyl is sold out) — and via the embed below. I’m partial to the band’s more dark n’ doomy side as opposed to their frenetic hardcore side, so I’m glad there’s plenty of that on NO. Dig it:
