FIND “EQUILIBRIUM” WITH GOD FORBID

“We lose equilibrium,” Doc Coyle sings during the chorus to the title track from God Forbid’s most recent release, Equilibrium. And I can relate to that sentiment pretty strongly, ’cause I lose equilibrium all the time. Why, just this weekend, I drank so much that my brain started doing that zoom-in-and-out thing from the movie Vertigo (I think it’s technically called “vertigo”) and fell down! That’s one of many reason I love God Forbid: their lyrics cut right to the heart of me.
