Tour de Force



Good thing I didn’t book a trip to California! Less than a month after announcing that they’ll play their breakthrough album, Alive or Just Breathing, in its entirety at California Metalfest in November, Killswitch Engage have announced a tenth anniversary tour celebrating the album, on which they’ll perform the entire thing each and every night.

It should go without saying that I am 100% in support of this decision; AoJB kicks a lot of ass, there are definitely songs on here the band rarely, if ever, performs live, and since most fans still haven’t gotten to see Jesse Leach with the group (and may, in fact, never have seen Leach with the band ever, given that he basically left right before they blew up), it’s an excellent way to re-introduce him to the world.
