JAM with Chrome: LET’S GET METAL

Google Chrome has launched a new service called JAM with Chrome that allows friends to jam with each other over the Interwebs without even having to pick up an instrument proper. Users can pick from a wide variety of instruments and use chords and pre-programmed chord progressions through their computer keyboards to create music. Check out the demo video:

Pretty cool, right? I just briefly tested out the drums and “distorted guitar” instruments and they’re really easy to use. I’d love to see some MetalSucks reader collaborate on covers of metal classics.
