How to Destroy Angels Enter the “Ice Age”

How to Destroy Angels have released a video for their song “Ice Age.” The clip was directed by John Hillcoat, who I honestly didn’t realize ever made music videos (apparently he’s already done clips for Muse and Bush) — you may know him as the director of movies like The Proposition, The Road, and Lawless. I didn’t think any of those movies were especially great (although — fun fact — two of them were written by Nick Cave!), but I do really dig this video — it’s the very definition of “slow burn,” which is to say, don’t give up on it too quickly!

“Ice Age” appears on How to Destroy Angels’ An Omen, which is out now.
