I am very proud to announce the release of my band ENPEDESTALMENT’s debut EP “Not All Guys Are Jerks” which is also the first release in the new genre that a lot of people in the press are calling ‘FRIENDZONE SLAM.’ If u are a fan of bands like DEVOURMENT, THE WONDER YEARS, CEPHALOTRIPSY, and A DAY TO REMEMBER then I think u will like it a lot!

Basically I started this band because i love slam but idk I just think a lot of the lyrics and art are kinda… grose :( I mean I’m a nice guy so I’m sorry but when I listen to CANNIBAL CORPS or whatever I’m just like ‘omg why would someone write a song about f—ing a girl with chainsaw instead of holding hands with her because you like her like soooo much?!’ I’m sorry but that’s weird lol u should be thinking about like kissing girls not killing them!
This song ft my bro Chase from CITY LIGHTS is inspired by Demi Lovato’s brave battle with eating disorders and it is about how effed up it is that guys do not realize ALL bodies are beautiful in there own way. I mean yah obviously skinny girls with really big boobs are more attractive but if you are unattractive that is ok too!!
The rest of the songs are like just about whatever, just stuff I am going through like how I did not deserve my amazing (ex) gf and totally screwed up our relationship, how the way girls think has been totally f—ed up by the media and society so they don’t know how spot a nice guy and keep dating a–holes, oh and how every girl tells me I’m ‘too nice to date’ (wtf does that even mean lol).
