Best Mash-Up Ever of the Day: Metal Church and Sir-Mix-A-Lot

I’m not sure I knew that Metal Church had a cover of Black Sabbath’s “Iron Man.” I’m also quite sure I had no idea Sir-Mix-A-Lot had any material prior to the release of whatever album “Baby Got Back” was on.

But these things do exist! And someone has mashed ’em up into a delightfully catchy lil’ ditty. It’s yet another shining example of the ways in which rap metal could be not-horrible so long as we made sure that Fred Durst and people like Fred Durst stay far, far away it from. Like, on Jupiter would be a good start.
