Arsis Heart Corey Hart

I guess not realizing a song is a cover is a theme at MetalSucks this week. I fell in love with a song called “Sunglasses at Night” on Arsis’ new album, Unwelcome, and somehow was totally unaware that it was a cover until I read about it on The PRP.

It’s not even as though I’ve never heard this song before. I honestly just didn’t recognize it in Arsis’ hands. I thought James Malone was just being lyrically-cheeky. Seriously.

Unwelcome comes out April 30 on Nuclear Blast, and is most certainly very welcome.
