Chelsea Grin’s Korn Kover is the Musicial Equivalent of Pol Pot “Covering” Hitler

Chelsea Grin have released a cover of Korn’s “Right Now,” a song I thought even Korn fans didn’t really like. To the former band’s credit, they have, indeed, made the track their own, and not just a rote copy of Korn’s original; not to the former band’s credit is that they may be even worse than Korn, so the results are the musical equivalent of Pol Pot “covering” Adolf Hitler: “Hey guys, I really like that whole ‘Step right in, it’s just a shower!’ idea, can we do something like that, too?” I mean I played it for my niece and this is how she reacted:

So yeah not good.
