Extinction A.D. Sign with Good Fight, Announce Release of Debut EP, Plague Prophecy

  • Axl Rosenberg

Later this week, we’ll be chillin’ at Converse’s Rubber Track Studios in Brooklyn while Extinction A.D. record a new jam, and while they were unsigned when we enlisted them in this most metal of causes, they are unsigned no more! Good Fight will release the neo-thrash quartet’s debut EP, Plague Prophecy, on August 19. Here’s the sweet the album art by Will Blood... it feels kinda like Pushead doing some  Día de Muertos-style shit, doesn’t it?

Extinction AD - Plague ProphecyInterestingly enough, Extinction A.D. are the second band from the most recent edition of our free digital comp, NYC Sucks, to be signed to Good Fight in the past month (Old Wounds was the first). I swear to God, we’re not doing A&R for the label…

The EP isn’t available for pre-order yet, but the band is now selling some new merch here. Get it now so when the EP comes out and everyone is all into these dudes you can be like, “Oh, those dudes? Pffft, I’ve known about them forever!”
