System of a Down’s Shavo Odadjian Engages in Mortal Kombat

System of a Down bassist Shavo Odadjian has directed a commercial for Mortal Kombat X, which is actually the twentieth iteration of the long-running video game franchise. And you know what? It’s pretty good! It’s just the right amount of funny (that dude running with the baby!), and it makes me wanna play Mortal Kombat X. So, basically, as a commercial, it’s a total success. So now Odadjian can add “directing” to the list of things he does better than Fred Durst and Rob Zombie.
