Gojira Go Into the Studio
Update, 1:46 pm: Reader Tim W. has brought this tweet from the band to our attention, which leads to this website, which makes it official:
“Silver Cord is a brand new recording studio based in New York. Designed and owned by Joe Duplantier of Gojira, the studio will serve as the band’s headquarters for the next couple of months as they produce their 6th studio album. Silver Cord will be available to other artists/bands/producers starting June 6th, 2015.”
So there ya have it!!! HUZZAH!!!
Have Gojira begun to record the follow-up to 2012’s L’Enfant Sauvage? Although no official announcement has been made, I dunno how else one would interpret this:
