Rosetta - Quintessential EphemeraWe looooooove Rosetta here at the MetalSucks Mansion. Love them to pieces! We’ve premiered a number of their tracks over the years, they played The Metal Suckfest in 2011, and we’ve been devoted followers of their constantly evolving music and powerful live shows ever since.

So it’s obviously with extreme excitebike that we catch wind of ArcticDrones.com, who are streaming a brand new Rosetta song called “Untitled I” (that’s not a mistake: new album Quintessential Ephemera features nine tracks, seven of which are “Untitled” followed by a number).

Rosetta made their first ever lineup change prior to Quintessential, but it’s an addition, not a subtraction: Eric Jernigan of longtime tourmates City of Ships joins the band on guitar and vocals. What he brings to the band is immediately apparent on “Untitled I;” the guitarscapes are noticeably even more lush than ever before, and his clean vocals lend a truly cinematic feel to the track.

Check out “Untitled I” below. Quintessential Ephemera comes out on June 22nd.
