Here’s All The Latest and Greatest Guitar, Drum and Pro Audio Porn

If you’re a metal musician and you’re not checking MS sister site Gear Gods on the regs, you fail at the Internet. EIC Trey Xavier and contributor Max Frank (both of whom contribute to MetalSucks from time to time, too!) are doing a fantastic job of posting all the latest gear news, video reviews, tutorials, deals, metal musician rig rundowns and all sorts of other gear-related mishegas, including random, funny crap like that video of a Meshuggah song played entirely with candy and soda bottles we posted earlier this week.

Xavier checked into Nashville for Summer NAMM last month, and while the July version isn’t nearly as big as the clusterfuck that takes place in Anaheim each January there was still plenty of new stuff to see and do. There’s also new gear coming out all year long, so Trey’s decided to launch a new video feature called “The Month in Gear” which, duh, highlights all the best products that came out over the past month. Check out the series’ inaugural episode below, with highlights from Summer NAMM and other new products from throughout the gear-o-sphere.
