Get Sludgy and Groovy with New White Widows Pact Track “The Watch”

White Widows PactWe’ve been fans of White Widows Pact since time immemorial.

It feels that way, anyway. Looking back, turns out it’s only been two and a half years since we premiered their track “El Marrano,” back before the Brooklyn outfit added Pact to their moniker to slough off all other competing White Widows. But watching this band grow, tour, release new music and pulverize us live so, so many times over the past couple of years makes it feel as if we’ve been best buds for decades.

So we’re incredibly stoked to share with you a new White Widows Pact song called “The Watch” which premiered over at Noisey yesterday. It’s got all the things that made the band’s self-titled EP so endearing — the grooves, the sludge, the hyena-in-a-blender vocals — but all amped up to the next level. Which is exactly what we hoped to hear from new WWP music! Everyone wins, unless you have shitty taste in music.

Stream “The Watch” below. True Will comes out October 16th on New Damage Records.
