Former Slayer Drummer Dave Lombardo to Perform with Suicidal Tendencies on Tour with Megadeth

Remember how last year everyone was like, “Wow, it would be so rad if Dave Mustaine recruited Dave Lombardo for Megadeth?” Well, that obviously didn’t happen… but you’ll still be able to see Lombardo on tour with Megadeth, sort of!

Genius, genius move on Mike Muir’s part. I have no doubt that interest in ST will now increase 1,000%, and people who might not have gotten to the venue early to catch Suicidal in the first place will now do so.

The question now, of course, is: What happened to the band’s regular drummer, Eric Moore? Is he out for good? Is there any chance this will turn into a full-time gig for Lombardo? We shall see…
