Damn, Behemoth, a Third Beer?

Man, Behemoth are doing a lot of cool stuff other than recording new Behemoth material! Nergal’s got his barbershop, bar, and country project, and now the band is announcing their third beer with Perun, the brewery that made their previous two brews. Check out the Facebook post below

Now that I’m complaining per se, as the new beer, Bafomet, will be a Russian Imperial Stour with a whopping 11.6% ABV (that’s close to what most wines have) and has extremely cool label art. It’s just that the previous two beers, Heretyk and Sacrum, just came out, and now I have three beers I’m desperately coveting. Meanwhile, even though all of these endeavors are in their own way awesome, I’m also stoked to hear some new Behemoth! Keep the momentum up after The Satanist, guys!

Anyway, sadly Bafomet will only be available in Poland, but hey, the band is rolling through the US with Myrkur playing next month playing The Satanist in its entirety, so maybe they’ll bring a few cases on the road to share with fans and beer drinkers and metal bloggers who’d give their left thumb to share a bottle of this stuff with Behemoth.
