Here’s a New Deftones Track to Help Start Your Week

0

With all the in-band drama and ball-eating accusations surrounding it, Deftones’ upcoming new album, Gore, is pretty much guaranteed to be massive, no matter how it’s received by critics. The band released one new track from it, “Prayers/Triangles,” early last month, to considerable fan acclaim.

Now, they’ve premiered another new song, this time live at the MusInk Festival in Costa Mesa, CA, on Saturday night. The track’s called “Doomed User,” and while definitely a more face-forward metal song that “Prayers/Triangles” it’s not without its moments of tranquillity and artsy beauty.

Check out “Doomed User” below. Gore drops April 8th. The band head out on a tour of the US tomorrow, so be sure to check in for dates here.
