Were you like so many other Binary Code fans when you worried that after the release of “Immersion” in late March you would be forced to wait yet ANOTHER year for more music? Fear not, dear reader, because this time around one year has been shortened to one month and not only do we get a kickass song, but a kickass lyric video to go with it! Who said Mondays were bad? Well, everyone, including me, but you have to take the little gifts life offers sometimes.

Anywho, “Moonsblood,” the album’s title track, is very similar to “Immersion” in the fact that it is ambient as fuck and starts out with some clean vocals. “Moonsblood” is much more catchy, though, striking a more even balance between the clean parts and heavy vocal parts.

If you’re like me and hadn’t heard of these guys until recently, jump on the hype train because there’s plenty of space. If you’re already on the hype train, just remember to clean up all of the complimentary snacks because messy hype trains attract ants. Is that what you want? Because that’s how you get ants.

Moonsblood drops May 24. You can pre-order it here and you can blast “Moonsblood” below.
