At the Drive-In Cancel Remaining North American Tour Dates

Were you among those excited to see At the Drive-In’s very long-awaited reunion tour? Sorry, bud: it’s been canceled.

At the Drive-In made the announcement on their Facebook page early Saturday morning, postponing all the remaining dates of their North American tour up to and including Amnesia Rockfest next weekend. Last Friday’s show in NYC was canceled at the last minute due to a vocal issue Cedric Bixler-Zavala is experiencing, so if we take that reason at face value we can assume it’s also why the rest of the tour has been taken down (although the band didn’t say so explicitly). Here’s their statement:

At the Drive-In have a small handful of festival appearances in Europe scheduled for late June / early July, so hopefully Bixler-Zavala’s vocal cords will be healed up by then. We’ll keep you posted on any rescheduled dates.
