Soilwork Announce North American Tour with Unearth, Wovenwar, Battlecross, and Darkness Divided

0

Death metal, black metal, stoner metal — sometimes, the niches of metal just seem too much and too narrow. Do you really want to spend an evening only hearing bands that sound like maggotty wounds? That can be so exhausting.

Thankfully, Soilwork have just announced a North American tour that is basically the All-Purpose Metal Tour, bringing metal the way it was represented in the early 2000s — aggressive and riffy and without specific distinction. They’ve bringing along Unearth, Wovenwar, Battlecross, and Darkness Divided, all bands who are definitely metal but are hard to describe other than as metal bands. Think of this tour as a power-up in an old videogame, like how you find burgers and chicken drumsticks in the street and they somehow make you healthier. You got: Metal Show!
