Anthrax’s Joey Belladonna is in the Studio Recording… Something

The PRP reports that Anthrax vocalist Joey Belladonna was in the studio this week working with Jay Ruston, who produced both For All Kings and Worship Music (he has also worked with Steel Panther, Killswitch Engage, and Stone Sour, among others). As to what Belladonna was recording, well… that’s a mystery! My first thought was, “Oh, great, another Joey Belladonna solo album” — but the fact that Scott Ian let the cat out of the bag leads me to believe this must be something Anthrax-related.

I don’t have to tell you that the aforementioned For All Kings just came out this year, but it’s entirely possible the band is recording another one-off song, like the one they contributed to that Game of Thrones mixtape last year.
