Metallica Announce European Leg of “WorldWired” Tour with Kvelertak

0

European Metallica fans jealous of all the love the band is giving here in the States this coming summer? Don’t worry: they’ve got you covered, too.

Metallica just announced a crapload of European dates set to kick off this coming September and wrap in May of 2018. If that sounds like a lot, and that the band might be breaking their newly instituted “only 50 shows per year” rule, a quick look at the dates shows that it’s not what it seems: the most shows Metallica will play in any one calendar month is eight, and they’ll have nearly three months off in November, December and January (although whether they plan to play elsewhere during that time is certainly a possibility). This is Metallica taking care of themselves as they age, spending time with their families while still working, and nevertheless jetting around to rock the entire fucking world.

Kvelertak will open on all shows. A sweet bonus for all fans attending!

Presale tickets will be available to Legacy Met Club members beginning on Tuesday, March 21 at 10am CET, with presale tickets available to all Fifth Members beginning on Tuesday, March 21 at 11am. CET. Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, March 24.
