Oxbow Release New Song and Video, “Other People”

The inimitable Oxbow have released another single from Thin Black Duke, their first new album in ten years. It’s called “Other People,” and much like its predecessor, “Cold & Well-Lit Place,” it has a dreamy, bittersweet quality, kneading together traditional rock with jazzy horns and gorgeous strings. It’s also a great example of why frontman Eugene Robinson is so revered; I’m not even sure how to describe what he’s doing here, but you can feel his sincerity in your bones.

I’m saying this is fucking great.
