Scott Ian’s 5-Year-Old Son Will DJ for Limp Bizkit on Upcoming Tour
Due to “unforeseen circumstances,” Franko Carino, who has been handling all sampling/programming for Limp Bizkit since they split with DJ Lethal in 2012, will be unable to participate in the band’s upcoming tour of Russia. In his place will be Revel Ian, the 5-year-old son of Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian. Revel is said to have taken an interest in DJing since his famous grandfather, Meatloaf, got him a Fisher Price My First Turntable for Hanukkah last year.
Asked for comment on his upcoming live debut, Revel shouted “Nookie!” before burying his face in the skirt of his mom, Pearl Aday, who explained that the youngster “is going through a shy phase.”
Asked for comment on the latest addition to their band, Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst shouted “Nookie!” before burying his face a paper bag that his wife, Kseniya Beryazina, explained he has to wear in public “to avoid being murdered.”
We wish all the best to little Revel, who we’re sure can only add to Limp Bizkit’s charm quotient.
