Watch: Killswitch Engage’s Adam D. Leaves Stage During Show to Grab a Beer at the Bar
In silly but hilarious news, Killswitch Engage guitarist Adam D. disappeared from the stage in the middle of a set during a performance at The Fillmore in San Francisco, CA this past Sunday (April 23rd). Where’d he go?
Machine Head’s Robb Flynn took to Instagram and posted a picture of exactly where Adam wandered off to: the bar! Guess he just really wanted a beer. Can’t blame the guy, all those hot lights can make a man thirsty.
Here’s Flynn’s Instagram Post:
Always there to assist the metal brother. Adam D from Killswitch ran from the stage into the crowd last night to get a beer, the bartender was nice enough to give him one for free, and I just happen to be standing to help him drink it while playing the song. Dude's a maniac, too funny!! KSE was great, "End Of Heartache" is such a jam! #Repost @scottferrara ・・・ When Adam D from #killswitchengage gets thirsty during the show, #robbflynn from #machinehead is there to assist!
This isn’t the only time that Adam has participated in food and beverage-related antics. A couple weeks back at Texas Independence Fest, which we sponsor annually, he had a fan “crowd surf” a pizza all the way to the stage for him. When you’ve got a ferocious appetite what else are you supposed to do?
