Original Post:

The Spokesman-Review of Spokane, WA is reporting that all four members of Decapitated were arrested early this morning under suspicion of kidnapping a woman after their show in Spokane on August 31st.

Spokane Police Department spokeswoman Cpl. Teresa Fuller told the Spokesman-Review that a woman reported the alleged kidnapping to police early in the morning on September 1st, and that additional charges are possible.

The band members were arrested by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office after last night’s gig in Santa Ana, CA — part of their tour with Thy Art is Murder Fallujah and Ghost Bath — and they are currently in the Los Angeles County Jail awaiting transport back to Spokane. The four men arrested have been identified as 27-year-old Michael M. Lysejko, 35-year-old Waclaw J. Kieltyka, 31-year-old Rafal T. Piotrowski and 30-year-old Hubert E. Wiecek.

MetalSucks has reached out to a representative for Decapitated and those for other bands on the tour, and we will update this post if and when we receive a response. Here’s to hoping this is just a huge misunderstanding, but if the charges are true… oh boy.
