Circa Survive’s “Premonition of the Hex” Video Sure is Creepy

You all seemed to enjoy the story I told about Circa Survive during my (and their) time on a major label. There’s tooooonnns more where that came from! Staind, John Mayer, Kid Rock and Shadows Fall were all on the label when I worked there, and boy oh boy, I’ve got stories. There’s also that meeting I was invited to when the company was trying to woo Ke$ha into signing with the label (before anyone had heard of her)… but that’ll have to wait for another day.

For now: Circa Survive released a new song called “Premonition of the Hex” with a proper music video to go along with it. The video takes place in dystopian future or alternative universe in which religious dogma is the name of the game, and… well, maybe it’s not the future or an alternative universe after all. You decide.

Circa Survive’s new album The Amulet comes out September 22nd via Hopeless; pre-order it here.
