Exclusive Cinemetal Premiere: “Void” by Zon (Tomahawk, Helmet, Battles)

Making interesting music videos that actually work in concert with the music they feature is a dying art. That’s why MetalSucks leapt at the chance to premiere “Void,” the new video for the duo Zon  (featuring drummer John Stanier of Tomahawk/Helmet/Battles fame). Hypnotizing, abstract, and ultimately druggy, the mostly-animated clip is the first part of a trilogy Zon are creating with film artist Christopher Marquez, and it’s positively hypnotizing. We’re confident predicting you’re going to want to watch it at least twice.
