Video: Insane Clown Posse’s Shaggy 2 Dope Tries to Drop Kick Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst Mid-Concert

It would appear that members of the Insane Clown Posse and Limp Bizkit may be auditioning for new careers in the WWE.

Both acts performed yesterday (October 6) at this year’s Rock Allegiance festival, which took place at the BB&T Pavilion in Camden, NJ. Footage filmed by fans during Limp Bizkit’s set shows ICP’s Shaggy 2 Dope (né Joseph William Utsler) attempting to drop kick Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst while the latter was performing his band’s hit rendition of the George Michael song “Faith.”

What’s not presently clear is whether or not Mr. 2 Dope sincerely intended to hurt Mr. Durst. One concertgoer, noting that the two have collaborated before, says that Durst “shouted out ICP earlier in the set,” and 2 Dope’s body language (e.g., throwing horns, running lackadaisically, etc.) does not suggest any earnest aggression.

On the other hand, Durst’s attempts to protect 2 Dope from security following the kick are minimal. Furthermore, a source present backstage during these events, speaking to MetalSucks on the condition of anonymity, tells us that both Shaggy and members of his entourage were roughed up before the MC was arrested. However, we are unable to confirm this information at this time.

For now, you can watch three videos of the incident from three separate angles below and decide for yourself whether or not this was done with malice.
