Exclusive Music Video Premiere: This Will Destroy You’s “Clubs”
Last week saw of a myriad of sweet new album releases. But one that was arguably the best was also the least expected: New Others Part Two, the sixth full-length from This Will Destroy You, was gifted to fans as a complete surprise, with no prior warning. And what a surprise it is! Another transcendental experience from a band that specializes in cinematic, shoegaze-inflected instrumetal post-rock, New Others Part Two further cements This Will Destroy You’s status as one of modern music’s most unforgettably transportive bands.
MetalSucks is proud to debut the music video for the New Others Part Two track “Clubs,” which was created by TWDY guitarist Christopher Royal King. Ostensibly an ever-evolving array of animated, abstract shapes and incandescent colors, the “Clubs” clip is the perfect custom-made visualizer for the song. Whether you’re already a This Will Destroy You fan or you’re new to the band, “Clubs” is a must-watch.
