Festify App Builds Your Own Personal Festival Lineup Based on Your Spotify Listening Habits

Here’s a little distraction to keep you from dealing with your overstuffed inbox on this fine Monday morning: Festify, a website that uses your Spotify listening history to build a custom festival lineup poster. The program uses your play counts to bill your favorite artists as the faux-festival’s headliners and ranks other artists on the undercard appropriately. There are options to use just your previous month’s listening habits, the past six months or all time.

In case you can’t tell from Festify’s choices for the inaugural Vince Neilstein Fest, I live with a toddler. Some of these acts are obviously his — Raffi, Wheels on the Bus, etc. — but others, like Anthrax, are his favorites too! Elsewhere, regular MetalSucks readers won’t be surprised to see perennial Vince/MS favorites like Robyn, Butch Walker, Avenged Sevenfold, Babymetal, Devin Townsend and others. Tickets will be on sale ASAP as is usually the case with the music industry in modern times. Anyway, here are mine:
